Are seats included?
Yes — unlimited seats on all plans. Add dispatchers, fleet managers, accounting, and safety without extra charges.
How is fleet size counted?
By the number of active trucks (semi trucks and box trucks) in your workspace. Trailers and inactive equipment don't count.
What happens if I exceed my truck limit?
We'll reach out to upgrade you to the next tier. No hard cutoffs — we'll make sure your operations continue uninterrupted.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — you can get started and use FreightBound for free. We'll reach out when you're ready to add your billing method.
Do you integrate with factoring companies?
Yes — you can configure your factoring company per workspace. Billing packets route to your factor or directly to the broker, per load.
When does Clerk Billing / in-app checkout launch?
